WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Imagine you are driving home on a familiar route, your concentration wanders and as you reach home you realise you can't remember a lot of the journey and this is because you were in fact, in a hypnotic trance. Our brains love to relax in this way, allowing the subconscious mind to take over and we do it naturally every day.
Hypnotherapy uses this natural slowing down of the brain waves from Beta, when you're wide awake to Alpha waves, when we indulge in our imaginations and creativity, to allow direct access to your subconscious mind where all your emotional responses and core beliefs are stored. This is where we need to reach to re programme healthier responses by reaching and healing unresolved negative emotions which result in unwanted behaviours. You are always in control and it's a wonderful experience.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a transformational universal healing energy, also known as healing hands.
Reiki (pronounced "Ray - Key") comes from the Japanese words "REI" (Universal Life") and "KI" (like Chi) ("Energy). The spiritual healing art of Reiki works by unblocking trapped energy and channeling positive energy into your body, it is totally non invasive, with only a light touch of the hands so you simply relax fully clothed on the treatment table and allow the gentle healing energy to relax and cleanse you. You are likely to feel a warm and comforting sensation or tingling during the session and at the very least, you will feel deeply relaxed and refreshed.
Some of the benefits of Reiki healing include relief from symptoms of pain, anxiety, depression and fatigue, Reiki creates deep relaxation and helps the body release stress and tension. It dissolves energy blocks and promotes natural balance between, mind, body and spirit. Reiki helps the body cleanse itself from toxins and supports the immune system, it clears the mind and improves focus making you feel grounded and centred. It aids better sleep and accelerates the body's self -healing. Reiki helps spiritual growth and emotional healing and complements cancer medical treatments and other therapies. It is also wonderful throughout pregnancy!

I was honoured to complete my Reiki Master Teacher initiation during the summer of 2020 and so when possible I will offer courses for Levels 1,2 and Master Level.

A one hour hypnotherapy session tailored to your needs and appropriate for physical, emotional and mental well being. Stress reduction - management/ anxiety/ depression/ self confidence and or self esteem building/ post trauma release/ pain management e.g Fibromyalgia, IBS, migraine etc.

HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE 10 HOURS
Bespoke Hypnobirthing plans to give you the confidence and tools you need to take control and make your birthing experience the best it can be.
- Birth with confidence, without fear and anxiety.
- Learn how to self hypnotise with relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques.
- Learn how to take control as a Mother and an individual and to feel positive about birthing.
- Build the bond between you and your baby.
- Learn how your body and your baby work together before, during and post birth.
- Course includes MP3 audio recordings for relaxation, breathing techniques and calming visualisations for use before and during birthing + workbook.
REIKI TREATMENT 1 HOUR
A deeply relaxing and rebalancing experience. 1 hour or so of magical Reiki healing to completely change your outlook and your life in the most positive way you can imagine, gently and holistically.
REIKI TREATMENT 30 MINUTES
A 30 minute Reiki healing treatment to re balance and reinvigorate you. Time is precious so if you are pushed for time, why not try this wonderful 30 minute relaxation and reboot.
REIKI TREATMENT FOR PREGNANCY 1 HOUR
Reiki is a truly amazing experience for mum and baby. It is one of the pampering treatments you are safe to indulge in when you're pregnant and is a wonderful bonding experience for you and your baby. You can move about as much as you need to get comfortable, especially in later pregnancy, lying on your side or whatever is more comfortable for you. Babies love Reiki energy. Home visits can be made by special arrangement, dependent on location,
REIKI TREATMENT FOR CANCER PATIENTS 1 HOUR
If you have had a cancer diagnosis and are going through chemotherapy or other related treatment. Reiki is a wonderful, safe complementary therapy to help you heal emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Sometimes we forget that loved ones, close to those going through these life changing experiences, also need healing and support so partners can and do also benefit from the healing of Reiki through these stressful and challenging times. Home visits can be made by special arrangement, dependent on location.
